Cxeny golf cart batteries are compatible with 99% of well-known brand golf carts, such as Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, Cushman, Star EV, etc. Other brands are generally also compatible. If you have any questions, please consult customer service.
Generally, yes, but you must ensure the voltage matches (e.g., 36V or 48V) and use a dedicated lithium-ion battery charger.
With our included 58.4V 18A LiFePO4 charger, the battery can recharge from 0% to 100% in approximately five hours. If charging does not begin, we recommend confirming that the CHG function is on, the connections are secure, the battery is warm enough to accept a charge, and the dedicated lithium battery charger is being used.
We recommend recharging when SOC reaches around 20%–30%; you do not need to drain the battery to 0% first. Partial charging works well for shorter daily trips, while charging to 100% gives you more range before a full day on the course or around the neighborhood.
Under normal usage conditions, Cxeny lithium iron phosphate batteries have a cycle life of over 8,000 cycles and a service life of over 10 years. We recommend keeping the battery's state of charge (SOC) above 10% and avoiding complete discharge—when the voltage drops too low, the battery management system (BMS) will automatically cut off power output to protect the battery.
Installation is straightforward, and the battery can typically directly replace the original lead-acid battery pack. Ensure voltage compatibility (e.g., 36V/48V) and use a dedicated lithium battery charger.
We recommend using a dedicated lithium battery charger. Lead-acid chargers have a charging profile unsuitable for lithium batteries and may affect battery life or safety over time.
We recommend storing the battery at 50%–80% charge in a dry, non-corrosive environment with temperatures between 0°C and 25°C. Check the charge level every 2–3 months and recharge if necessary.
In cold environments (below 0°C), battery capacity may temporarily decrease and charging efficiency may be reduced, but the device will still function normally. To maintain battery performance and lifespan, we recommend avoiding prolonged use or charging in cold temperatures.
I purchased this Carryall a few weeks ago. I have been working hard fixing it all up. Tires, new suspension, battery and paint. The Cxeny 160 ah battery is awesome. 30 plus miles and 72 percent left on the charge. No complaints here especially on this big of a cart. First picture is when I got it.
We are very happy with this new lithium battery that we purchased for our golf cart. The old batteries were shot and the golf cart lagged in speed and drive time. We now can cruise for up to 8 hours withouta charge. The charger is extremely convenient as it is built right into the seat of the cart as well andallows for quick charging with a regular extension cord instead of having to tote around a secondcharging cord. It was easy to install and has a monitor to help you gauge how much after life is left between each charge. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a new option!
I purchased this battery for my golf cart (LSV). The lead acid batteries were 3 years old. They were notholding a charge, and the speed would get slower as you drove. There was a fear of not getting back home.
Time for a change, so I went with the Cxeny 48V 150Ah Lithium Golf cart battery, Metal Case thatincluded the 18A battery charger, Mobile App, Touch Monitor and built in 200A BMS. I went with the 150Ah size to obtain the greater range.
I replaced 6-8volt lead acid batteries (300lbs) with this lithium battery (134lbs). I could not put the newbattery in the plastic bin that held the lead acid batteries, so I had to place aluminum supports under thebattery and strap it down with nylon straps from harbor freight tool. I needed help with the install because of the weight of the battery. It is a 2-man job.
What a difference. Much better response, and faster. The cart is 165 lbs. lighter so I'm sure that makes a difference also. The app and touch monitor work great. This is a great upgrade.
The battery arrived 82% charged. The monitor states the charging time needed. After charging I havebeen on a couple of rides and as you can see it is at 88%. So far so good. It has a 5 year warrantee so l hope to get at least 5 years of use.
Installed in a 2016 rxv golf cart it was Simple to install and the performance of the battery is awesome. I highly recommend it
Hi, i shop a lot around honestly to get the best specs/capacity for the best price !I bought that batterie2months ago and i install it the first day. I have been driving and recharging it without any issue for now2months and no issue ! 36mph speed for 1h45min full speed. I calculate about 60miles range. Took meabout 3h to swap the batteries.

The Cxeny 51.2, 150Ah LiFePO4 battery transformed my golf cart (Star EV six seater) from old/slow tofaster than when it was new. The hardest part of changing from Lead-Acid to LiFePO4 was removing theold batteries and plastic battery pan. The new Li battery sits securely in the existing steel frame. Thebattery comes with holes in the base frame for securing with bolts, but instead I re-purposed a couplenylon straps to hold it in place. I've been driving the golf cart around the neighborhood daily for almost a week now without recharging, and the battery is still above 50% charge. Very pleased with the results!!!
