Common Questions

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours or 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. In many cases, orders placed earlier in the day can be shipped the same day. International orders may require additional processing time.

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 1–7 business days, with 2–3 business days being the most common for domestic shipments. All in-stock orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, and many are shipped the same day. Please note that pre-ordered or out-of-stock battery products may require a longer delivery time, which we will clearly inform you during checkout or after purchase.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email address. Please wait up to 48 hours (2 business days) after placing your order for us to generate and send the tracking information. If you do not receive the email within the above time frame, we recommend checking your spam or promotional email folder. You can also visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website at any time and enter your order details to track your shipment.

No. Due to shipping regulations and carrier restrictions, especially for lithium battery transportation, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The delivery address must be valid and physically receivable.

Core advantages: ① Weight is only 1/3 of lead-acid batteries; ② Cycle life of 8000+ times (lead-acid only 500-800 times); ③ High charging efficiency; ④ No memory effect, supports charging at any time, and has a lifespan of up to 10 years.

You can follow the instructions in the product manual or directly scan the QR code on the product to complete Bluetooth connection and status check according to the guidelines.

Storage temperature: 0-45°C (32-113°F), maintain SOC at 80%. Recharge to 80% every 3 months when idle. Avoid storing at full charge or full discharge.

Charging is prohibited below 0°C. Built-in low-temperature protection. Self-heating models automatically heat up when charging above 0°C.

Yes, but you must first contact Cxeny customer service or consult a professional electrical engineer before series or parallel connection. Only batteries of the same model/capacity are allowed, with a maximum configuration of 4S4P. Series connection increases voltage (2x12V=24V), and parallel connection expands capacity (2x100Ah=200Ah).

It is recommended to use the dedicated lithium battery charger provided by CXENY for higher charging efficiency and battery protection; if using an existing lead-acid charger, you must confirm that the output voltage/current matches (voltage error ≤2V, current ≤20A). Mismatch may result in slow charging or battery damage.

CXENY lithium batteries are equipped with a 200A intelligent BMS protection system, supporting: ① Overcharge/over-discharge protection; ② Overcurrent/short circuit protection; ③ High temperature/low temperature protection; ④ Overvoltage/undervoltage protection; ⑤ Reverse connection protection, with no explosion risk.

The IP rating describes the battery's dust and water resistance performance. IP65 means the battery is completely dust-tight and can withstand low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is suitable for rainy, splashing, and humid environments but cannot be submerged in water. IP67 provides a higher level of protection. In addition to being dust-tight, it allows the battery to be temporarily submerged in 1 meter (approximately 3 feet) of water for 30 minutes. IP67 batteries are more suitable for harsh environments where accidental water ingress or heavy splashing may occur. Neither rating indicates that the battery should be intentionally submerged in water for a long time, but IP67 can better withstand accidental water ingress.

ABS and SPCC cases meet different installation needs. ABS is a high-strength engineering plastic with advantages such as light weight, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation. It is often used in occasions requiring high light weight and moisture resistance. SPCC is a cold-rolled steel material with higher mechanical strength and impact resistance. It is often used in fixed installations requiring high structural rigidity, fire resistance, and long-term durability. Both materials can effectively protect the internal battery, and the choice depends more on the installation environment than performance.
